Battery/ charger/remote: 6 months after delivery. Others：12 months after delivery.

2.Spare parts.

0.5% free spare parts, including battery，steering wheel, charger and remote control.

1% for free spare parts, including wheels cover, mirrors, motors.

3.Payments.

30%deposit,70% balance against with copy of B/L

4.Delivery for order.

40-50days after get deposit. In busy season, will have 35-60days

5.MOQ of models

Most of our models’ MOQ is 30pcs, some of models’ MOQ is 30 or 50

6.Certificates of models

Pass the test of EN71-2-3, EN62115, ROHS, US ASTM-F963.

The charger adapter with CE or UL.

7. Accept custom requirement?

Yes, accept customers’ language music, instruction and logo.
